Baby Open House

I wasn't really into the idea of a baby shower.  Rachel and Mandy had offered so I asked them to hold a baby open house - meet and greet type of thing.  Originally, we were going to do it in October but since you were 11 days early and the weather would likely be nicer we decided to do it today.  And, wouldn't you know - it's raining cats and dogs.  So much for having it outside at Great-grandma and Great-grandpa's.  Instead we had to do it in the house.  It went well!  You got a lot of really wonderful gifts.  A special one is the Curious George glass window hanging Carolyn Otsen made you.  If it takes a village to raise a child you have a big village with lots of wonderful people in it.
